In 1999, Glenn Fordham joined the team, helping grow Olympic Pest & Termite Control, INC. into the trusted company it is today.

Glenn Fordham – Owner
Glenn Fordham has been a trusted leader at Olympic Pest & Termite Control since 1999. Early in his tenure, he recognized the evolving needs of customers and, in 2001, expanded the company’s services beyond general pest control to include termite protection, mosquito programs, and rodent/wildlife solutions. These additions strengthened Olympics’ capabilities, grew its customer base, and positioned the company as a true one-stop shop for comprehensive pest management.

With a deep passion for the company, its team, and the customers it serves, Glenn purchased Olympic in December 2018 to ensure its long-standing values and high standards would continue for years to come. A forward-thinking leader, he has consistently embraced new technologies and modern practices to improve operations and enhance the overall customer experience, demonstrating his ongoing commitment to innovation, quality, and service excellence.
Today, Glenn leads an experienced team of dedicated technicians who take pride in delivering reliable, professional, and personalized service to every customer.
Courtney Simpson — Office Manager
Courtney is the heart behind the scenes as Office Manager, bringing organization, care, and a lifelong connection to the service industry into everything she does. A Hall County native, Courtney grew up surrounded by the family business—spending summers riding along on service calls with her dad, Glenn. Those early experiences helped shape her strong work ethic and genuine love for helping people.

She’s been in service-oriented roles her entire life, with experience spanning from restaurants, retail, medical and patient coordination. Today, Courtney combines that background with her personal roots in the company to ensure customers receive friendly communication, dependable scheduling, and the kind of care you can only get from a family-run operation.
Courtney is married to DJ—together for eight years and married for three—and outside of work she loves spending time with DJ and their two dogs, Oscar, and Moose. Her favorite hobbies include gardening, crafting (especially wreaths and florals), cooking, baking, and making memories with family.
When she’s not at home tinkering with projects, you might find Courtney thrifting or antiquing—or wandering the aisles at Target, TJ Maxx, or Marshalls.
Courtney is proud to carry on her family’s legacy while helping keep operations running smoothly, always with a personal touch and a welcoming personality.
